How to Integrate Zamplia Redirects in Alchemer for Sample Collection

If you are using Zamplia as a sample provider for your surveys in Alchemer, follow these steps to integrate Zamplia’s redirects properly.
This will ensure that respondent statuses (complete, terminate, quota full, and security termination) are correctly tracked.

Step 1: Log in to Alchemer​

  1. Go to Alchemer and log in to your account.
  2. Select an existing survey or create a new survey where you want to integrate the Zamplia redirects.

Step 2: Set Up URL Variables​

  1. Navigate to Tools → URL Variables.
  2. Click Add URL Variable and enter UID as the variable name.
  3. Save the changes.

    This will allow Alchemer to capture and pass respondent IDs (UIDs) dynamically.

Step 3: Add Redirects for Different Outcomes​

1. Complete Redirect (Successful Survey Completion)​

Save the action.
This ensures that respondents who finish the survey successfully are redirected to Zamplia.

2. Terminate Redirect (Screened-Out Respondents)​

Menu Path: Survey → Logic → Add Logic Action → URL Redirect

Enter the following Terminate Redirect URL:

https://zampterminate.zamplia.com/?UID=[url("UID")]

Use logic conditions to trigger this redirect when a respondent does not qualify for the survey based on screening questions.

3. Quota Full Redirect​

Menu Path: Survey → Quotas → Add Quota

  1. Set the response limit for your survey.
  2. Under Quota Action, choose Redirect to URL and enter:
https://zampquotafail.zamplia.com/?UID=[url("UID")]

Save the changes.
This ensures that respondents are redirected if the survey quota has been filled.

4. Security Termination Redirect​

If you need to disqualify respondents due to fraudulent behavior or security concerns, add another URL Redirect Action in the survey logic.

Use the following Security Termination Redirect URL:

https://zampsecurityfail.zamplia.com/?UID=[url("UID")]

Apply logic conditions based on bot detection, duplicate responses, or suspicious activity.

Step 4: Test the Redirects​

  1. Open your survey link and add a test UID to the URL: 
    https://your-survey-url.com/?UID=12345
  2. Complete the survey to verify that respondents are redirected correctly.
  3. Test different scenarios (screenout, quota full, security termination) to confirm all redirects work properly.
